Here are some videos to teach you how to use your new hair pins, barrettes, and hair combs.

HOW TO USE YOUR HAIR PIn

Style 1. Bun

Start with hair pulled back in one hand, and use your free hand to twist hair into a circle. Wrap twisted hair around itself into a bun. Hold the bun with one hand and use your free hand to push the pin into the top of the bun in an upward movement and then back down through the bun.

Style 2. French Twist Start with hair pulled back in a low ponytail held with one hand, twist the ponytail in an upward motion towards the crown of your head, creating a seam on one side of the back of your head. Hold the top of the twist with one hand. With your free hand, twist the ends of your hair back down alongside the seam and tuck beneath the seam (fold any loose hair beneath the seam, if necessary). Hold the completed French twist with one hand, and with your free hand, slide the pin through the top of the French twist in the same direction as your hair in an upward diagonal direction. Then, flip the pin down and push behind the French twist to anchor.

HOW TO USE YOUR BARRETTE

Style 1. Half-Up, Half-Down

Start by opening the barrette by unlocking the key and pulling it out. Separate hair and pull the desired amount back into a small ponytail and hold with one hand. With your free hand place barrette on top of the ponytail. Feed key back though barrette under your small ponytail, twist the key to lock in place.

Style 2. Ponytail Start by opening the barrette by unlocking the key and pulling it out. Next, pull all hair back into a ponytail and hold with one hand. With your free hand place barrette on top of the ponytail. Feed key back though barrette under your ponytail, twist the key to lock in place.

HOW TO USE YOUR HAIR COMB

Style 1. Bun

Start with hair pulled back in one hand, use your free hand to twist hair into a circle. Wrap twisted hair around itself into a bun. Hold bun with one hand and use your free hand to push comb through the top of the bun in an upward motion and then flip comb back down through the bun.

Style 2. French Twist Start with hair pulled back in a low ponytail held with one hand, twist ponytail in an upward motion towards the crown of your head, creating a seam on one side of the back of your head. Then, turn comb over and push behind french twist to anchor.

Style 3. Half-Up, Half-Down Separate hair and pull the desired amount back into a small ponytail and hold with one hand. With both hands twist small ponytail in a downward motion tightly against your head creating a seam. Hold the twisted ponytail seam with one hand and with your free hand slide comb through the side of the twist in the same direction of your hair in a horizontal direction. Then, turn comb over and push behind twist to anchor.
